Arrival & Consultation
A brief consultation to understand your scalp concerns, stress levels, and goals for the session — so Tilly can personalise every element of the treatment.

Premium Scalp Analysis & Prep
In-depth scalp assessment using professional analysis. Pre-treatment oils are applied and gently worked into the scalp to begin the relaxation process and prepare for treatment.

Extended Cleanse & Treatment
A two-stage scalp cleanse followed by the application of premium treatment serums, masks, and targeted actives chosen specifically for your scalp and hair condition.

Extended Luxury Massage
The centrepiece of the Luxury Head Spa — an extended scalp, neck, and shoulder massage using premium oils and therapeutic technique. This is significantly longer and more comprehensive than the standard Head Spa massage, incorporating pressure point work and lymphatic drainage elements.

Steam Treatment & Processing
Treatment products are processed under professional steam to maximise penetration and efficacy, followed by a warm towel ritual.

Finishing Ritual
Premium finishing treatments are applied to the scalp and hair. The session ends with a moment of stillness — Tilly does not rush the close of a Luxury Head Spa.

The Luxury Head Spa is longer (up to 2 hours 15 minutes) as it includes our Lymphatic Facial as well as our renowned Head Spa experience. It is designed with an unhurried, ritual quality that transforms it from a treatment into a full wellness experience.

Stress is one of the leading causes of hair thinning and scalp disruption. The therapeutic massage and treatment elements of the Luxury Head Spa directly address scalp circulation, cortisol-related tension, and the follicle environment with many clients notice improvement in hair density over a course of regular sessions.
Wear comfortable clothing and note that you will be asked to remove your shirt and straps down on bra's to allow us to massage into the neck and shoulders, sports bras aren't an ideal candidate for this. We recommend leaving the rest of your day clear so you can fully enjoy the post-treatment calm rather than rushing back to commitments.
