Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. Payments can be made by card or other approved methods. Cancellations & Refunds More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund. Between 48 and 24 hours’ notice: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: No refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days. Bookings made using vouchers or clinic credit will be refunded as credit only. Rescheduling Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Requests within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations. Medical Unsuitability If treatment cannot proceed due to medical reasons, an alternative treatment or partial refund may be offered, less any reasonable costs already incurred. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to ensure other clients are not delayed. The full appointment fee will still apply. No-Shows Failure to attend without notice counts as a cancellation within 24 hours and is non-refundable. Repeated no-shows may result in refused future bookings. Gift Vouchers & Packages Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Cancellations follow the same policy as single bookings. Exceptional Circumstances In cases of genuine emergency (e.g. illness or bereavement), we may, at our discretion, waive cancellation fees or offer to reschedule. Data & Liability Personal data is processed securely in accordance with the UK GDPR. Nuerra Ltd’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the booking, except as required by law. Governing Law This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
